The Manchus received their honorable title, reserved only for the finest Chinese warriors, after marching 85 miles to contact in the Boxer Rebellion. During the battle, Col. Liscum’s dying words were “Keep up the Fire”. In honor of our rich legacy, the Manchus conduct an annual 25 mile ruck March. The event is a grueling physical challenge, and a true testament of will.
Upon completion of the event, each Manchu who has successfully completed the march, will receive the coveted belt buckle, and earn the nickname of an honorary Manchu.
